Meat & Seafood
Hard-shell clams are slightly salty with a somewhat chewy texture. They are found both in the shallow and deep waters of the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. Although, some clams are farm raised, many in the Southern United States. As with any type of seafood, we recommend that clams always be cooked before consumed, and not eaten raw.
