Seafood - Farm Raised Shrimp
Frozen farm raised shrimp has a mild, sweet flavor and a firm texture. It is available year-round. We sell mostly farmed white shrimp, but some black tiger shrimp are also available. Farm raised shrimp is harvested around the world, with the majority being from Thailand and China.
Our farm raised shrimp is available both raw and pre-cooked as well as shell on or peeled/deveined. The term “EZ Peel” signifies that the shell has been cut for peeling convenience.
Curry Shrimp w\a Cucumber Vinaigrette
Evoke the tastes and smells of faraway lands with this unique recipe. Cucumbers, rice vinegar, sesame oil and garlic combine to form a vinaigrette that accompanies sautéed shrimp seasoned with curry powder. Great as an appetizer for any Asian-inspired meal.
