Frozen wild shrimp has a mild, sweet flavor and a firm texture. It is available year-round and most abundantly available in pink, white and brown varieties. Most of our wild shrimp is caught from the coast of North Carolina to the Gulf of Mexico.
The major difference between wild and farm raised shrimp is that wild shrimp has a fuller flavor and firmer texture. Our wild shrimp is available both raw and pre-cooked as well as shell on or peeled/deveined.

Instead of ordering takeout, try this recipe for a classic Italian dish that’s as easy to make as it is to enjoy. Shrimp are sautéed with garlic and red pepper then combined with your favorite pasta sauce. Serve over cooked linguine or spaghetti with salad and Italian bread. Eccellente!
