Seafood - Lobster
Lobster is a mild, sweet-tasting delicacy with a somewhat firm texture. Most lobsters we sell are harvested from “pots” in the North Atlantic. Lobsters are sold live, precooked and as frozen tails. An average live lobster weighs 1.25 pounds.
Lobster Bisque
Simple ingredients make this classic French-style soup a favorite of lobster lovers. Onions, butter, milk and cream cheese are balanced against the richness of lobster and dry sherry. Serve with bread as a meal or alone as a first course.
